T.O.S. and Privacy Policy,,,

That was something I didn't prioritize because the site, (currently), doesn't require registration.  Additionally, the site's not currently set up to process any online payment methods, so there's no concerns there.  I also utilize no analytics or ad services.  No data is shared with third parties.  I don't save any user logs and the site runs itself.  However, because personal information is shared when purchase orders are placed, there's a legal requirement to have Terms of Service and Privacy Policy statements posted.  I hope the (2) respective documents that I've posted satisfy the legal requirements.   Both can be found under the Contact page, in the header section and T.O.S. is included in the footer section as well.

There's a coupla other things I'm working on with the main thing being the replacement of my programming computer.  I was using an HP Stream that I picked up on offerup.com for $45.  It was so cheap because the previous owner had totally fouled up the operating system.  In fairness though, it was buggered because the latest update that Microsoft was trying to push wouldn't resolve because there wasn't enough room on the hardrive.  Being proficient enough with computers, I knew that I could work around it and bought it anyway.  Inevitably, after almost 2yrs., the touchpad started to go out and I needed to update the driver.  That's when the problem with the O.S. being all jammed up became an issue.  So I took it to a local computer shop and they did a re-boot of an older version of Win10.  After that the HP software and the older version of Win10 still took up 85% of all the memory;  Ridiculous.  There wasn't enough room to install 2 operating systems.  And a newly installed touchpad driver didn't resolve the issue with the screen malfunctioning anyway.  The touchpad's shot.
So my Dad sent an old Dell Latitude that he had sitting around the house and got it tuned up with some additional ram and a fresh install of Win10 from the original Win7.  As I mentioned in my previous post, I successfully partitioned the hard drive and installed Ubuntu 20.04.  Now both operating systems are installed and I can manually select the operating system I want to use on boot.  By default I use Ubuntu as my operating system and Brave as my preferred web browser.  Even tough it's 10yrs old, it's still faster than my HP Stream ever was.  Not as flimsy either and it's easier to work on.  A little slower on boot, however, it has 2 operating systems.  I think the biggest gains come from not having reports being sent to Microsoft every time I log on or their not forcing updates every other day.  It could also be faster because it's not slowed down by all the trackers and analytics that Google deploys when clients come into contact with there products.  This is a big part of why I try not to use their stuff and I don't use anything that facebook or twitter produces.  Life is better this way.  So yea, I'd recommend a 10yr old Dell laptop running Ubuntu over a newer computer running anything produced by microsoft;  And just for nothing,,,  Brave beats Google hands down, without a question.
